Neverfail offers a Neverfail Certified Administrator (NCA) eLearning course for end-users who would like to learn how to manage a Neverfail server pair. This online course provides an overview of the features and benefits of the product and the product architecture. Additionally, the course provides the skills necessary to perform day-to-day operations, routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting on the Neverfail system.
This eLearning course consists of Flash-based Interactive Learning Segments combined with “How To” documents with step-by-step instructions for routine administration and maintenance tasks.
