Neverfail Names Paul Dossey Vice President, Global Support

AUSTIN, Texas – Sept. 24, 2008 – Neverfail, a leading global software company providing affordable continuous availability and disaster recovery solutions, today announced the promotion of Paul Dossey to Vice President, Global Support from Director, Global Support. 

In this position, Dossey is responsible for delivering world-class support and maximizing the overall Neverfail customer experience.  This includes leading Neverfail’s worldwide customer support team, U.S. professional services and online customer support initiatives.

Dossey joined Neverfail in 2006 bringing with him extensive experience in customer support/service management, quality control and project management.   Prior to Neverfail, Dossey worked for Dell Inc., most recently serving as Services IT Development Manager.  In that position, he was primarily responsible for managing the company’s global development teams, which supported internal Services IT and Dell Managed Services business units.
