Partnership Brings Continuous Availability Software to Customers
Metzingen and Frankfurt, Germany and Columbia, Maryland – 5 September 2008 – SystAG Group and Neverfail today announced their partnership to deliver Neverfail’s continuous availability and disaster recovery solutions to companies in Germany. Neverfail solutions will enable SystAG customers to extend the availability, management, monitoring and support capabilities of their BlackBerry® Enterprise Server deployments.
Under the partnership, SystAG will market, sell and install Neverfail’s continuous availability solution for BlackBerry Enterprise Server. SystAG already offers its customers in partnership with BoxTone that company’s best-in-class management and monitoring software.
“With this addition of Neverfail’s solutions for the BlackBerry® platform, we are able to further extend our full-service approach for our clients and their enterprise critical environments,” said Karin Theis, SystAG Group Managing Director Mobile Business.
Neverfail protects the widest range of Windows-based applications including Microsoft® Exchange, SharePoint®, SQL Server, File Server and IIS, BlackBerry Enterprise Server, VMware VirtualCenter, IBM® Lotus® Domino® and Captaris RightFax. Neverfail’s products can be implemented in physical and virtual environments and over a LAN or WAN which offers businesses the ability to locate their secondary server in the next room or across the globe.
BoxTone – a Neverfail global partner—brings to this important vendor ecosystem a plug-and-play modular platform built on the patented SmartMP™ technology core, enabling an IT organization to address critical provisioning, asset, incident, service desk, problem and capacity management challenges from initial pilot through enterprise-wide smartphone deployment.
"Downtime is expensive, disruptive and becoming unacceptable. SystAG is another example of a successful partner that has chosen Neverfail for our ability to provide immediate and nondisruptive failover and switchback over a LAN or WAN; keeping users continuously connected and productive," said Gisela Gierhardt, Country Manager for Neverfail in Germany. "We are excited to have a reputable company such as SystAG join our expanding list of successful partners, and look forward to combining our efforts to bring the benefits of our high availability solution to their customers."
