Neverfail Delivers Continuous Availability and Regulatory Compliance For Banking Technology Provider

Neverfail monitors the health of RDSI’s entire server environment including hardware, network infrastructure, operation system and supported applications.  If a planned or unplanned issue arises, Neverfail is capable of taking corrective actions to fix the issue or can initiate a system failover to a secondary environment.  During the failover process, users are seamlessly connected to the redundant site and are not required to restart applications such as email or SQL Server.  Once issue resolution has been completed, users are redirected back to the organization’s primary email environment where they continue working. Should an unplanned outage or disaster occur, Neverfail’s solutions failover within a matter of minutes with no noticeable disruption for users.  Additionally, the seamless switchover provides continuity during planned downtime, including system maintenance.
