Neverfail Replicator

Continuous availability requirements will vary according to business type and function. Not all applications are mission critical. There is unlikely to be a “one size fits all” solution for all applications used in business. These applications which cannot accept the possibility of data loss but can tolerate a limited period of downtime are ideal candidates to be protected by Neverfail Replicator.

Neverfail Replicator provides continuous availability for data for less-critical applications...

...delivering seamless failover and switchback with no data recovery required from backup media. This makes it an ideal solution for less critical applications, delivering a complete on-line replication of data that can then be used to recover the business application.

With the data available this allows IT to concentrate on bringing the applications back online. Custom scripting makes this possible with a minimum amount of user intervention.

Key features of Neverfail Replicator include:

  • Data Replication to a Secondary Server
  • Server Monitoring and Failover
  • Seamless synchronization back to the Primary Server
  • Data Compression through the Low Bandwidth Module
  • Identity Cloning of Secondary Server for Seamless Connectivity
  • Continuous availability for less critical applications

Neverfail for Replicator

Neverfail Replicator ensures that there is always a redundant replication of data which is on-line and is available for immediate use. That data can be kept on-line locally, or remotely, enabling it to form the basis of a high availability or disaster recovery strategy.

Neverfail Replicator provides full failover and switchback functionality. It can be configured to automatically failover to a secondary server should issues arise with the primary server, or it can be triggered manually. In the failed-over state, all the data required to recover the running application is available.

This avoids any need to rebuild data from backups. The secondary server also has the identity of the original machine thus avoiding external reconfiguration ahead of application recovery.

The key features of Neverfail Replicator include:

  • Data Replication to a Secondary Server
  • Server Monitoring and Failover
  • Seamless synchronization back to the Primary Server
  • Data Compression through the Low Bandwidth Module
  • Identity Cloning of Secondary Server for Seamless Connectivity
  • Continuous availability for less critical applications

Neverfail Replicator can be upgraded at any time to the full Continuous Availability solution which includes comprehensive application, network, OS/system monitoring combined with automated application restart and intelligent configuration which discovers data to be protected and replicated.
