Peter Parker, CEOPeter Parker has more than 25 years experience in executive level and managerial positions at successful high-growth organizations within the software industry. He became Neverfail’s Group CEO in January 2007. Parker most recently served as Senior VP and Chief Operating Officer for a European-based software company and has held a variety of executive positions with KVS, VERITAS and Symantec. Parker joined KVS in 2000 serving as VP of Sales and later held the position of Senior VP responsible for sales and operations. He was instrumental in entering a number of new worldwide markets and growing company revenues exponentially in four years. Following KVS’s acquisition by VERITAS in 2004, Parker successfully integrated his global sales and operational team into VERITAS while consistently exceeding revenue targets. Upon Symantec’s acquisition of VERITAS in 2005, he was named VP of Sales for Symantec with responsibilities for building and expanding operations in Southern Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Russia. Prior to this, he was Director of Global Channels at Forte Software (a division of Sun Microsystems) from 1995 to 2000. Prior to Forte Software he worked in management positions for several years with both Oracle UK and ASK Ingres. Parker began his career in sales at Hewlett Packard in 1979. |

Paddy Falls, CTOPaddy Falls joined Neverfail in May 2007, bringing 30 years of software industry experience. As Group Chief Technology Officer, Falls is responsible for Neverfail’s technology development and product roadmap. Falls most recently served as the CTO and Co-Founder of UK-based iOra, a division of Corpora, which provides accelerated access and replication services to remote servers and laptops. Prior to iOra, Falls was a General Manager at Novell’s European Development Center, where he led a team that built Novell Replication Services. In 1989 Falls joined startup company International Business Software, which was acquired by Novell in 1992. In addition, Falls served as Software Engineer at Prime Computer where he helped develop a distributed transaction processing system, PrimeWay. Prior to that time, he spent four years as a Software Engineer at International Computers Limited. |

Darren Taylor, CFODarren Taylor joined Neverfail in 2007 to lead the company’s finance and internal IT teams. He has experience working with multinational companies and venture capitalists as both a CFO and Finance Director. A qualified accountant, Taylor most recently served as CFO of a European-based software company where he was responsible for all aspects of finance, including planning, compliance, investor relations and legal. Prior to that time, Taylor was the Finance and Operations Director for Prince Sports Inc. where he setup and managed all finance and operational systems outside of the U.S., structured finance deals and managed distribution channels. Taylor’s career includes serving as VP Finance, EMEA for Caminus Inc., a New York based software company. While at Caminus, he was instrumental in the company’s successful IPO and eventual sale to a leading US software firm. Taylor also spent 10 years with the Financial Times Group in Senior-level Finance positions both in Europe and Asia Pacific. |

Andrew Barnes, Senior VP of Corporate DevelopmentAndrew Barnes joined Neverfail in March 2007 bringing extensive experience in marketing, product management, and pre-sales through his 25 years in the software industry. In his new role, he will be responsible for Neverfail’s branding, marketing, product management and web presence. Barnes most recently served as VP of Marketing for a European-based software company and has held a variety of senior positions with companies such as KVS, Sun and Platinum Technology. Previously, Barnes worked for three years as Global Director of Marketing for KVS Inc. where he was responsible for all aspects of marketing and grew the customer base tenfold until the company’s acquisition by Veritas (now Symantec). Prior to KVS, Barnes was Northern Europe Marketing Manager for iPlanet and Product Marketing Manager for Forte Software (acquired by Sun Microsystems). In addition, Barnes served as the European Product Manager for Platinum Technology where he led a multinational team responsible for the launch and sales enablement of Platinum Infrastructure management products across Europe. |

Nick Harmer, Senior Vice President, Business DevelopmentNick Harmer joined Neverfail in 2007 as the company’s first SVP, Business Development bringing with him more than 22 years experience in the software industry. Prior to Neverfail, Harmer served as the Director of Alliances and Channels at a UK risk management software company focused on environment, health and safety management issues. There, he was responsible for the company’s partner development and strategic alliances initiatives. Harmer worked for three years as a Global Alliances Director for KVS Inc., an email archiving firm. In this role, he managed the company’s Microsoft alliances and team in the US, EMEA and the Far East. Following KVS’s acquisition by VERITAS in 2004, Harmer was appointed Regional Sales Director for France and Southern Europe and successfully turned around the region. Upon Symantec’s acquisition of VERITAS in 2005, Harmer became Regional Sales Director for Emerging Markets leading the company’s sales introduction into the Middle East and South Africa. In addition, Harmer spent six years in a variety of Business Development and Sales roles with Forte Software. |

Doug Rich, VP of Sales EuropeDoug Rich brings over 20 years of software experience to his position as Neverfail VP Sales for the EMEA region. Doug directs all of the company’s EMEA sales strategy and activities. Doug’s team is responsible for developing new markets and partners, managing customer accounts, and delivering significant sales growth of the Neverfail Group software across EMEA. Previously Doug was VP of EMEA for LeftHand Networks, a Company specializing in iSCSi Storage Appliances and Software. LeftHand was acquired by Hewlett Packard. Prior to joining LeftHand, Doug served in senior executive and executive management positions, culminating with the position of regional director for EMEA North, at VERITAS Software Corporation. |

Paul Dossey, Vice President Global SupportPaul Dossey joined Neverfail in June 2006, bringing with him extensive experience in customer support/service management, quality control and project management. In this position, Dossey is responsible for delivering world class support and maximizing the overall Neverfail customer experience. This includes leading and expanding Neverfail’s worldwide customer support team, U.S. professional services and online customer support initiatives. Prior to joining Neverfail, Dossey worked for Dell Inc. Dossey joined Dell in 1999 and most recently served as Services IT Development Manager. In that position, he was primarily responsible for managing the company’s global development teams, which supported internal Services IT and Dell Managed Services business units. |

Mathew Krueper VP Sales, AmericasMathew E. Krueper joined Neverfail in June of 2009 as Vice President of Sales for the Americas. Mathew brings over 13 years of experience in the software and storage industry. He is responsible for building our sales teams and channel programs, growing sales revenues, and driving our strategic partnerships in the Americas. Krueper comes to Neverfail from Double Take Software, where he had served since 2001. In his 8 years at Double Take he played a key role in the growth and development of the company. Most recently, he was Director of Sales for Western Americas where he successfully expanded the sales organization, grew sales revenues, and drove the companies channel and partnership programs. Prior to that, he served as Regional Sales Manager, where he helped the company expand and build itself into a market leader in the windows host based replication space, resulting in an Initial Public Offering in 2006. Additionally, Krueper served in various sales and sales management roles at; Storage Networks, a provider of data storage software services to global businesses; Net-Tel Communications Inc., a provider of internet protocol voice and data services to small and mid-sized businesses; and at Midcom Communications, a provider of data networking services. He is a 1996 graduate of Valparaiso University located in Valparaiso, Indiana. |
