Neil Pearce brings more than 40 years of technology industry experience to the Neverfail board.
Pearce has served as a General Partner with Advent since 1982 and has been responsible for
managing investments in both UK and US technology companies. Pearce joined INSAC, the National
Enterprise Board's software products initiative, and became its Group Managing Director in 1979
where he was responsible for operations both in the UK and in North America. He began his career
in computing in the mid 1960s with Unisys and, later, ICL where he gained experience in the direction,
commercial and technical management of computing businesses.
